Dr. Nicole J. Moncrief, a proud native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, is a lifelong learner, mentor, and advocate for exploring the world to build meaningful connections and embrace diverse cultures. She has dedicated her life to helping others discover their purpose, grow into confident leaders, and find fulfillment in their journeys. Inspired by her travels, Dr. Moncrief celebrates the transformative power of learning, forming lifelong friendships, and appreciating the beauty of global diversity.

Her academic accomplishments reflect a deep commitment to growth and discovery. Dr. Moncrief earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in human resources management from Grambling State University, and a doctoral degree in public policy from the Nelson Mandela College of Government and Social Sciences at Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA.

When she’s not inspiring others, Dr. Moncrief enjoys traveling the globe, spending time with her family, and immersing herself in new cultures. Her passion for travel and the friendships she has built along the way inspired her debut children’s book, Nikki and Nisa’s Travel Adventure. Through this story, she hopes to encourage young readers to embrace curiosity, learn about the world’s many cultures, and dream big.
